Google Play Services Updated To Version 6.1

Everyone has a question in mind that ‘What is Google Play Services and what is it used for?'. Connect your device to your computer with a USB cable and copy the APK over to your Android device. Google stressed that it is currently still in a beta phase and the devices that are supported could still have issues. Ah. I'd never actually really looked at this app before, but I just assumed it was new since Google Fit isn't out yet.

Once the framework has been successfully installed, the users can perform various tweaks in their device without any sort of hassle. Almost all Google apps except Google Play store, work on all previous generation of Kindle Fire tablets. Download the right GApps package from CyanogenMod / XDA / and flash it in recovery.

If you are upgrading from Jellybean Version of AMIDuOS to Lollipop version, you need to perform Gapps update again with the Lollipop version of file, since Google apps& services may differ across Android versions. I also side-loaded Google play store from XDA, I can now see my Zeki on the google play website but cannot install via website due to error message on tablet but whats happening now is not what I expected.

Other device owners can download these apps to give their devices the looks and feels of the latest Android 5 Lollipop. Now, you can have all the updates of Google apps, and you can customize your settings to maintain your privacy and other personal information.

If you decided to install CyanogenMod 12.1 or any other ROM based on stock Android besides the ROM file you have to flash also Google apps known as Gapps. Open it and go to System Apps - Google Services Framework - disable SystemUpdateService. Link your Google account again in Settings> Accounts> Add Account> Google Account.
